TERMS OF SALE
We appreciate contact from buyers within 3 days of purchase and payment within 5 days of purchase.
Once a purchase has been made the sale is final. If we don’t hear from you after 5 days we have the right to cancel the sale. If proven to have received an incorrect or faulty item a full refund would be given (or credit held against future orders). If you have any questions please ask before continuing with the sale. We are more than happy to assist you where ever we can.
**Logona & Sante cosmetics and henna hair colours are delivered by an external supplier. If you order any of these products along with A-Dorius, Pure Earth or Miessence products you will be sent an amended order. Please do not make payment until we send you the total payment due.
PAYMENT

SHIPPING
We post within Australia and upon request can ship worldwide. Your purchase will be packed with the utmost of care to prevent damage during transit. Most orders are sent via Auspost Satchels. No responsibility can be held for items that are damaged by Australia Post.

- Up to 3kg is $9.50, express is $10.50
